About the job Clinical Sourcer

We are seeking a Clinical Sourcer for our client. Your responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings, and set up interviews. You may also be required to manage the candidate database and record hiring conversion rates.

What You’ll Do

  • Source for candidates
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
  • Crafting and sending recruiting emails
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent communication skills including a high degree of professionalism
