We are hiring world class go to market professionals to join our journey in accelerating the growth of a highly profitable, $100m+ ARR business, that for the first time in its 20-year history is injecting Sales and Marketing on top of a strong product and fanatic customer base.
Position Description:
The Senior Customer Success Manager, Financial Services & Consulting will be responsible for the success of Financial Services, Banking, & Consulting customers by training, enabling, and delivering best practices. They will be the ultimate owner of their accounts renewal and expansion result and they will work closely with the Financial Services sales team, Revenue Operations, and Leadership to achieve this objective.
Their duties will include:
- Planning to identify top growth and risk accounts
- Running plays to support Account Executive expand growth accounts.
- Running plays to reduce churn/downsell liability among customer accounts.
- Hosting trainings and workshops specific to customers use cases.
- Running trial and proof of concepts for prospective customers or use cases.
- Identifying and demonstrating practical uses of software
- Learning customers problems and identifying tcs ability to solve them
- Sharing feedback with product and marketing teams
- Learning and utilizing tools provided
- Keeping systems up to date with relevant data (ex: opportunities in Salesforce)
- Other duties as assigned
- Exceeding goals and established metrics
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience
- 3+ years of Customer Success Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Consulting
- Experience creating and navigating executive relationships.
- Excellent virtual and in person communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com
Compensation: $130-$150k
*Candidates must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Boston office
