Salary: $150,000 - $200,000+ p.a. (Based on experience & hours worked)

Bullant Building is expanding our team! We're looking for skilled Carpenters who are ready to take on high-volume bush work and remote construction projects. Duties & Responsibilities
- Framing, fix-outs, cladding, decking, and other general carpentry tasks
- Reading plans and ensuring accurate execution of construction details
- Working independently and alongside other trades
- Maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Site preparation and construction in remote and Indigenous communities
Skills & Experience Required
- Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent trade qualification
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Drivers Licence (manual preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of on-site experience (remote or regional experience a bonus)
- Able to work unsupervised and follow site plans
- Willing to work in remote NT communities and adapt to bush conditions
Highly Regarded (but not essential):
- First Aid Certificate
- Working at Heights or EWP tickets
- Own tools (tool allowance negotiable)
- Indigenous community housing experience
- Exposure to government or council projects
