About the Role

This full-time position provides operational and administrative support to the Senior Management team, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating business processes, managing documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Senior Management.
  • Manage documentation, data collation, and analysis for reporting.
  • Assist with purchase orders, stock orders, and expenditure control.
  • Coordinate workforce data and provide reports to management.
  • Support financial reconciliation, ensuring accuracy in budgets vs work performed.
  • Work within monthly timelines for data processing and reporting.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Attend operational meetings and contribute to monthly results and reporting.

About You

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within Facilities & Property Maintenance or a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with purchase order/work order management systems is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a team environment.
  • Customer service experience with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Certificate IV in Business, Office Administration, or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
  • Must have valid working rights in Australia.
