Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dairy Farm Worker to join our team in Dubbo, NSW. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the dairy farm, ensuring the health and welfare of livestock, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the farm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Milking cows and handling milk processing equipment.
• Feeding, watering, and general care of livestock.
• Monitoring herd health and assisting with veterinary treatments as needed.
• Cleaning and maintaining milking areas, equipment, and farm facilities.
• Operating and maintaining farm machinery and vehicles.
• Assisting with general farm tasks such as fencing, irrigation, and pasture management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dairy farming or livestock handling (preferred but not essential).
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• A genuine interest in livestock and agriculture.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
• A valid drivers license (preferred).
