We are seeking an experienced Senior Workshop Technician to join a leading broadacre farming operation in Western Australia. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a skilled individual who can work independently and as part of a professional team maintaining and servicing a wide range of modern agricultural equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance, repairs, and servicing of large-scale farming machinery
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic issues
  • Ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently during peak seasons
  • Working closely with farm management to schedule and prioritise work

Equipment You'll Work On:

  • Boom sprays
  • Chaser bins
  • Grain bins & augers
  • Header fronts
  • Hay equipment
  • Seeder bars
  • Air seeders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a workshop or field technician on broadacre agricultural equipment
  • Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Trade qualification (Diesel Mechanic or similar) advantageous
  • Valid drivers license
  • Willingness to relocate to Western Australia (support available for the right candidate)
