We are seeking an experienced Senior Workshop Technician to join a leading broadacre farming operation in Western Australia. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a skilled individual who can work independently and as part of a professional team maintaining and servicing a wide range of modern agricultural equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, repairs, and servicing of large-scale farming machinery
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic issues
- Ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently during peak seasons
- Working closely with farm management to schedule and prioritise work
Equipment You'll Work On:
- Boom sprays
- Chaser bins
- Grain bins & augers
- Header fronts
- Hay equipment
- Seeder bars
- Air seeders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a workshop or field technician on broadacre agricultural equipment
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Trade qualification (Diesel Mechanic or similar) advantageous
- Valid drivers license
- Willingness to relocate to Western Australia (support available for the right candidate)
