Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
- Assist specific, assigned Clients in all operational duties.
- Compile and update necessary documents and contracts for clients.
- Run internal, analytical reports to support operational needs.
- Obtain and process all client information and transactions.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
- Process return mail and bankruptcies.
- Document all processes and procedures and file efficiently.
- Send weekly and monthly client remits on a timely basis.
- Conduct weekly and monthly client performance calls.
- Assist consumers and clients through the Client Services phone.
- Assist Client Services Supervisor with tasks as they arise.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Client Services or Customer Support position.
- Microsoft Office experience, specifically excel.
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.

- Prior sales experience (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
