Signing Bonus: $10,000 - $15,000 (Based on Experience)

Schedule:

• Sunday: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Monday - Wednesday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• (Call Assignments May Be Required in the Future)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Sonographer to join our Ultrasound Team in a world-class academic medical center. This role specializes in diagnostic ultrasound imaging, requiring technical expertise to customize imaging for each patients needs. The Sonographer will work independently under physician supervision and collaborate with peers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex diagnostic ultrasounds tailored to each patients condition.
• Adjust ultrasound machines to optimize image quality based on anatomical and pathological considerations.
• Use advanced imaging techniques to obtain undistorted ultrasound beams despite barriers like bone and bowel gas.
• Independently execute exams under physician supervision while providing real-time diagnostic insights.
• Work with a team of medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Radiologic Technology, or Allied Health.
ARDMS Registered Sonographer with an ABD or OB/GYN credential.
2+ years of paid scanning experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ Experience in a Level I Trauma Center.
⭐ Familiarity with Epic EMR.
