Job Summary:

We are seeking an Imaging Supervisor to oversee radiology operations at Porter Medical Center. This role includes supervising a team in a newly unionized environment while also working clinically as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in CT or mammography, and experience managing workflow, quality control, and departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily radiology department operations, ensuring efficiency and quality care.
• Perform clinical imaging duties as needed (General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, DXA, Mammography, CT, OR Imaging, and PACS).
• Manage staff scheduling, workload delegation, and performance evaluations.
• Act as a liaison between radiology staff and hospital leadership.
• Oversee inventory management and ordering of departmental supplies.
• Ensure compliance with quality control and safety protocols.
• Support staff development, training, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with the Radiology Director on strategic planning.

Required Qualifications:

Certificate or Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology.
ARRT(R) Certification, plus additional certification in CT or Mammography.
Eligibility for Radiologic Technologist Licensure in Vermont.
5+ years of radiology experience.
1+ year of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ Supervisory experience in a unionized setting.
⭐ ARRT Certification in CT, Mammography, and Radiography.
⭐ Experience with Epic EMR.
⭐ Familiarity with Visage PACS system.
