Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Guide guests to their tables and provide menus, as well as inform them about daily specials.
• Deliver exceptional customer service. Address any complaints politely and promptly, and strive to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls promptly, taking reservations and addressing inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Monitor the dining room to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction.
• Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed to enhance the overall dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess/Receptionist in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour .
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure
• Proficiency in using reservation management systems and basic computer skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
• Professional appearance and behaviour in line with restaurant standards
• Teamwork and collaboration with other staff members.
