Panel Beater / Sprayer

Description

Recroo is looking for a skilled Panel Beater/Sprayer to join our clients' team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle panels, as well as applying high-quality paint finishes. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for automotive repair, this position may be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair vehicle body panels, including straightening, welding, and filling.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and masking as necessary.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired finish and apply coatings using spray guns and other equipment.
• Inspect completed work for defects and make adjustments as needed to ensure top- quality results.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and meet customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to panel beating and painting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a panel beater, sprayer, or in a similar automotive repair role is a MUST.
• Certification or training in vehicle body repair and painting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work with various materials and techniques for painting and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
