Recroo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Chef De Partie in a la carte setting to join our clients' kitchen. This role demands culinary expertise, leadership qualities, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and execution of a la carte dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation are maintained.
  •  Develop, plan, and update the a la carte menu, working closely with the Head Chef and culinary team.
  • Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques, food safety, and best practices.
  • Manage daily kitchen operations, including monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with the front of house and other kitchen sections to ensure efficient service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, complying with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Participate in staff training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and techniques.
  • Assist with special events and menu tastings as required.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar senior role, specifically in a la carte setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with an excellent grasp of modern cooking techniques.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience in training and developing kitchen staff.
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Culinary degree or relevant qualifications preferred.
