Key Responsibilities:

Manage a high-volume caseload of 90+ personal injury cases.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining excellent communication.
- Draft, review, and organize case documents and medical records.
- Coordinate treatment for clients and follow up on medical care.
- Track case progress, deadlines, and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and medical providers.
- Support attorneys in preparing cases for settlement negotiations and litigation.
- Maintain accurate and updated information in the firms case management system.
Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a case manager in personal injury law.

Proven ability to manage 90+ active cases simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Experience with Filevine is a plus.
