Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of 90+ personal injury cases.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining excellent communication.
  • Draft, review, and organize case documents and medical records.
  • Coordinate treatment for clients and follow up on medical care.
  • Track case progress, deadlines, and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and medical providers.
  • Support attorneys in preparing cases for settlement negotiations and litigation.
  • Maintain accurate and updated information in the firms case management system.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a case manager in personal injury law.
  • Proven ability to manage 90+ active cases simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Experience with Filevine is a plus.
