About the Role:
You will review removal defense cases, conduct legal research, draft filings, and collaborate closely with paralegals to develop effective case strategies. Most clients are from Venezuela and across Latin America, making strong Spanish communication skills essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze removal defense cases and supporting documentation
  
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
  
• Draft motions, briefs, filings, and other legal documents
  
• Collaborate with paralegals on case preparation and call-ups
  
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the paralegal team
  
• Identify legal arguments and build compelling case theories
  
• Manage deadlines while adapting to changing court developments and client needs.

Requirements:

• Active U.S. Attorney License
  
• Significant experience handling removal defense matters
  
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  
• Experience drafting immigration filings and legal advocacy documents
  
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
