RecLatam is hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a U.S.-based consulting firm that partners with law firms, legal tech companies, and small businesses. The firm provides strategic and financial planning, operational oversight, and execution support to help organizations optimize processes, implement systems, and drive sustainable growth.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outreach and lead generation efforts, primarily targeting law firm owners, founders, and managing partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, including connection requests and messaging using Sales Navigator
- Identify and engage law firm decision-makers (owners, founders, managing partners)

Message and nurture interested leads, inviting them to:
- Events (roundtables)
- 1:1 meetings
- Strategic planning discussions
- Test and optimize outreach strategies, including targeting and messaging performance
- Schedule and coordinate monthly roundtable events for new leads
- Schedule and manage alumni roundtables for existing contacts and clients
- Attend events to support with moderation and sales conversations
- Monitor and follow up with leads based on LinkedIn engagement (profile views, post interactions, service requests, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including outreach and follow-up tracking
- Collaborate closely on lead generation strategy and execution
- Prepare draft proposals following sales meetings for review
- Conduct follow-ups (including calls) on aging proposals

Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups consistently
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR roles
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
