They are looking for a skilled Client Services Specialist to manage client intake and provide essential administrative support, ensuring clients receive a high standard of service throughout their legal journey.
Role Overview:
The Client Services Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing the client experience, from the initial intake process to ongoing support. This role requires a highly organized, empathetic professional who can effectively communicate with clients, handle sensitive information, and provide strong administrative support for the firms attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Intake & Onboarding
Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, gathering essential information to understand their needs and the nature of their cases.
Conduct intake assessments to ensure accurate, complete information is gathered to guide the legal process.
Provide a supportive and confidential experience for clients during initial consultations.
- Client Support & Communication
Act as a liaison between clients and attorneys, providing timely updates and managing client expectations.
Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed and respond to inquiries, ensuring a smooth experience throughout their case.
- Administrative Duties
Manage scheduling for attorney-client meetings and court appointments.
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accurate documentation and easy access for attorneys.
Assist with drafting and reviewing basic legal documents and client correspondence.
- Process Optimization
Identify and suggest improvements for intake and administrative workflows to enhanc
client service quality.- Support in developing resources or materials to streamline client interactions.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in client service or administrative roles, ideally within a law firm from the U.S.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on empathy and client care.
- Proficiency in legal software and familiarity with legal document management; experience with intake or CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a remote, full-time position with a monthly compensation of $1900 USD, providing the opportunity to grow within a well-regarded family law firm.
