Job Description: You will play a crucial role in handling personal injury cases from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate must be experienced in drafting demands and other litigation documents, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. This is a long-term position for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in the field of personal injury law.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review demands, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
• Participate in settlement negotiations and court proceedings
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school in LATAM.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Proven experience in drafting demands and other litigation documents
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a remote environment
• Familiarity with legal software and case management tools
