Legal Intake Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Intake Specialist for our client, a personal injury/employment law firm based in California. This is a full-time, remote position, with the schedule aligned to Pacific Standard Time (PST). The ideal candidate must have previous intake experience in a U.S.-based law firm, excellent English proficiency, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client intake calls and emails in both English and Spanish
• Gather and input detailed information about potential cases
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective clients
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the firm's case management system
• Follow up with leads and schedule consultations for attorneys
• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure smooth case intake processes

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience as an intake specialist in a U.S.-based law firm (required)
• Strong customer service skills and ability to empathize with potential clients
• Proficiency with case management software and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in personal injury or employment law (preferred)
