Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. As an Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance in employment law matters. You will be responsible for managing the intake process and ensuring that our clients receive the best service from the moment they contact us.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to gather information about their employment law needs

Assess the potential clients case and determine if it falls within our firms areas of expertise

Manage the intake process by collecting and organizing all necessary documents and information

Communicate with potential clients to provide updates on their case and answer any questions they may have

Schedule appointments for potential clients with our legal team

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and case information

Collaborate with our legal team to ensure a smooth transition of cases from intake to representation

Provide exceptional customer service to all potential clients

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related field

2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm setting

Knowledge of employment law and legal terminology

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software
