About the job Personal Injury Case Manager
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our clients law firm, a well-established personal injury firm based in Arizona (MST). This is a 100% remote position, ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional with a strong background in case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 35+ personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
- Utilize Zoho CRM - Case Management Software to track and manage cases.
- Open new case files and ensure all required documentation is properly recorded.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of case statuses, deadlines, and next steps.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and medical providers.
- Assist in collecting medical records, police reports, and other essential case documents.
- Support attorneys in case preparation, negotiations, and settlements.
- Intake experience is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, managing at least 35 cases simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of personal injury case processes and procedures.
- Experience using Zoho CRM or similar case management software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using OpenPhone for client communication.
