Estate Planning Paralegal

Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based law firm for the position of Estate Planning Paralegal.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in U.S.-based estate planning and a strong background using WealthCounsel and ElderDocs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen the estate planning fulfillment pipeline from start to finish.
• Prepare, review, and organize estate planning documents using WealthCounsel and ElderDocs.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients throughout the planning process.
• Support with client intakes and ensure a smooth client experience.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of estate planning experience within a U.S. law firm.
• Proficiency with WealthCounsel and ElderDocs software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
