Long-Term Disability Paralegal

Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based law firm that is seeking a Legal Assistant or Paralegal to support their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed attorney in their home country who has experience working with U.S.-based law firms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on assigned matters.

• Draft and review legal briefs, memoranda, and related documents.

• Assist with case management, including maintaining files and tracking deadlines.

• Support attorneys in day-to-day case preparation and client communication.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney in your home country (required).

• Prior experience working with a U.S.-based law firm (preferred).

• Strong legal research and writing skills.

• Excellent organizational and case management abilities.

• Proficiency with legal software and online research tools.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
