Due to the remote nature of the role, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, deliver high-quality work, and take ownership of their responsibilities from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support immigration cases, including petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and decision-making
• Organize and manage case files using platforms such as Docketwise, Dropbox, and other systems
• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to gather information and provide updates
• Review and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Draft affidavits, correspondence, and other legal materials
• Track deadlines and manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal, with a strong focus on family-based immigration cases
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
• Excellent legal writing and drafting skills
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Experience with case management systems and legal tools
• Professional communication skills and a proactive mindset
