About the Role

Reclatam is hiring Filevine Data Migration Specialists on behalf of a U.S.-based law firm that handles personal injury-related cases. The firm aims to transition from limited use of Filevine to a fully integrated, organized case management system.

The project involves reviewing approximately 400-500 personal injury cases currently stored in Dropbox and systematically migrating data including information on care providers, billing, insurance carriers, and case documents into structured fields within Filevine.

The selected candidates will play a key role in improving the firms efficiency, helping them move from basic communication-based Filevine use to a comprehensive, data-driven workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review existing case files in Dropbox and accurately transfer data into Filevine.

  • Populate structured data fields, including client details, providers, billing, insurance information, and case documents.

  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and organization of migrated data.

  • Identify and flag closed or irrelevant cases to eliminate before migration.

  • Collaborate with pre-litigation teams to manage workload effectively.

  • Provide feedback on project progress, timelines, and workflow optimization.

  • Support the long-term goal of developing an efficient Filevine-based system for case and document management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Filevine (required).

  • Prior work experience in a law firm or legal support environment, ideally with personal injury cases.

  • Strong data organization and attention to detail.

  • Experience handling confidential case materials with accuracy and discretion.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills and reliability in a remote work setting.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Dropbox file organization.

  • Experience with data cleanup or case migration projects.

  • Familiarity with pre-litigation workflows or personal injury - related claims.

  • Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
