We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Mobile Lender to join a leading bank franchise based in the Sutherland Shire. This exciting role involves meeting clients and partners in their homes or offices, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to grow your career in mortgage lending. Supported by a dedicated administration team, you will focus on building strong client relationships, generating leads, and closing sales while driving the growth of the franchise.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored residential and commercial mortgage solutions
• Meet clients and partners at flexible hours in diverse locations.
• Build and manage a client portfolio by developing new business sources.
• Work with referral networks to generate and convert leads.
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the admin team to streamline loan processing.
• Follow structured processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Uphold professional communication and build lasting relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of banking or finance experience, particularly in sales.
• Proven ability to develop and manage client portfolios.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• High level of attention to detail and numeracy accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, committed team.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with a focus on success.
• Fluency in a second language (advantageous).
• Current driver's license, police, and credit checks required.
