The Role

We are seeking a Contracts Manager with a strong background in the construction or engineering sector to lead end-to-end contract administration across critical infrastructure projects. Youll work within a cross-functional project team, coordinating with contractors, legal advisors, and senior stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery, risk mitigation, and compliance.

This is a strategic role focused on the full contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution, reporting, claims management, and resolution of disputes.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure contract compliance including insurances, notices, claims, and change control.
  • Identify risks and proactively manage potential disputes or deviations.

    Maintain clear and auditable records of all contract communications and variations.

    Act as the commercial point of contact for external and internal stakeholders.

    Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure contract adherence.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in construction, engineering, law, or related discipline.
  • Min. 5 years experience in contract management within construction or infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and project lifecycles.
  • Confident communicator with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Prior exposure to disputes resolution and financial oversight is preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction industry standards and software tools is advantageous.
