The Role
Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, the Senior Consultant/Manager will be responsible for leading high-impact projects, driving operational improvements, and delivering actionable insights for clients across various industries. 


Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute complex analyses, structuring insights and delivering tailored solutions for clients.
  • Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior management, guiding transformational change initiatives.
  • Foster and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, managing improvement initiatives and building long-term partnerships.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, accelerating their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate on business development activities, including proposal preparation and market analysis.
  • Contribute to internal operations, including marketing, recruitment, and training initiatives.


About You

You are a strategic thinker with extensive experience in management consulting, particularly in industries such as aerospace, transportation, or energy. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and bring a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions and managing complex projects.

  • A degree in Engineering or Business (post-graduate qualifications preferred).
  • At least 7 years of management consulting experience, with a focus on technology-intensive industries.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and overseeing large-scale projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Motivated, energetic, and eager to grow in an entrepreneurial and supportive environment.
  • Fluent in English and willing to travel within Australia as required.
  • Australian citizenship is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in technology-driven industries such as defence, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
  • Expertise in fostering cross-cultural collaborations in a global context.
