CSIAM - IT Business Analyst

Job brief:

Our client has several teams working in the area of client lifecycle management for corporate and investment banking clients. You would be working in an agile development team to contribute to business continuity management.

Will you be able to hold discussions with business users, organize the work and understand the CSIAM application portfolio to address the business requirements consistently to proper app dev teams? You need to ask Why? and What?, and to avoid being told how (how the feature should be implemented should never be defined by business, but the business is now trying to do so now).

You will be responsible for:

• Communication with Business as well as development teams.
• Eliciting and capturing business requirements in an agile software development environment (SCRUM).
• Maintaining the backlog of work items to be worked on and its monitoring.
• Supervision of testing.

Main skills:

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven working experience as a business analyst
• Proficient communication in English required, German is an advantage
• High-level understanding of agile development methodologies
• SQL knowledge
• Experience with issue tracking systems (JIRA, TFS, ...)

Personal skills:

• Fluency in English both written and spoken; German is a big plus.
• High analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem solving attitude;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
• Good team player with high ability to work in international teams;
• Previous experience working in an agile environment;
• University degree in IT or relevant.
