Dentist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist to join our client's reputable dental office. The current associate is moving soon so there is already a busy patient base already developed. They also have a healthy flow of new patients each month.

This is a modern office with a wonderful staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk. It is also a FFS and PPO office, with no HMOs and no Medicaid. They are seeking a full time dentist ideally but part time will be considered as well. No nights and no weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including 
• Execute dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures with precision.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Skills

• Proficiency in using dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to patient care.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control practices.
• Familiarity with medical imaging technologies used in diagnostics.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in patient documentation and treatment planning.
