You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings and events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other documents.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Order and monitor office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in preparing expense reports and basic administrative documentation.
  • Support visitors and clients, ensuring a professional office environment.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field is required.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
