  • Lead the development and execution of client relationship strategies to strengthen long-term partnerships, maximize value, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring that feedback, risks, and improvement opportunities are communicated and acted upon across all relevant departments
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing accounts
  • Conduct regular meetings with assigned clients and prospects to assess needs, manage complex requests, and resolve escalated concerns
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client retention and reinforce competitive positioning
  • Establish and own revenue targets, ensuring the implementation of effective action plans to achieve or surpass performance goals
  • Oversee financial processes related to client accounts, including receivables collection, dispute resolution, and coordination with the Finance Department to ensure smooth billing operations
  • Manage contractual cycles, including renewals, annexes, scope expansions, and price adjustments, in partnership with Governance and Legal teams
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Design, Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Operational departments to deliver integrated solutions and maintain consistent service quality
  • Drive new business acquisition, targeting the onboarding of at least one new strategic client per quarter and overseeing the full implementation cycle
  • Share proposals with clients and follow up on value-added services and upselling opportunities in coordination with the Commercial Department
