About the job Solution Architect

What will you do ?

  • Partner with sales and account teams to lead technical discovery engagements, analyze customer requirements, and
    translate them into strategic solution designs.
  • Serve as the senior technical lead during customer engagements by delivering high-impact demonstrations,
    presentations, and workshops to influence stakeholder decisions.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide field insights and communicate customer
    needs, influencing product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
  • Conduct independent technical assessments of enterprise environments to identify solution opportunities and define
    integration strategies.
  • Design and document scalable, technically sound solutions aligned with customer goals and industry best practices.
    Provide subject matter expertise across the sales process, including solution validation, proposal development, and
    pricing strategy input.
  • Craft comprehensive, tailored responses to RFPs and RFIs, addressing complex technical queries with clarity and
    confidence.
  • Oversee the transition of closed deals to implementation teams, ensuring continuity, technical consistency, and
    alignment with customer expectations.
  • Track emerging technologies, competitor strategies, and market trends to guide internal teams and refine go-to-market approaches.
  • Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, such as solution architecture diagrams, white papers, and
    implementation guides.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, internal teams, and partners, serving as a trusted. 

What will you need ?

  • Proven experience as a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer/Consultant, with a strong track record of
    supporting sales teams and driving successful technical sales engagements.
  • Deep understanding of technical concepts related to software development, cloud computing, networking, and/or cybersecurity.
  • Strong track record of supporting sales teams and driving successful technical sales
    engagements.
  • Strong knowledge about CCaaS platforms and voice Systems. Strong written, verbal, and
    presentation skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset, Strategic Thinking and Excellent Negotiation Skills.
