Training Executive (Sales Background)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Executive with a sales background to join our team at RayaCX in Cairo, Egypt. As a Training Executive, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs to our sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement training programs for the sales team based on their needs and the company's objectives.

2. Conduct training sessions for new sales employees to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our products, services, and sales techniques.

3. Create training materials, including presentations, videos, and other interactive tools, to make the training sessions engaging and effective.

4. Monitor the progress of the sales team and provide coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.

5. Collaborate with the sales managers to identify areas for improvement and develop training plans to address them.

6. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and incorporate them into the training programs.

7. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.

8. Work closely with the HR team to ensure training programs align with the company's overall training strategy.

9. Assist in the onboarding process for new sales employees by providing them with the necessary training and resources.

10. Maintain accurate records of training activities and provide reports to management as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.

4. Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software.

9. Fluent in English and Arabic.

10. Willingness to travel for training purposes.
