Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent (Medical). In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers in the medical industry. You will serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about medical services.
- Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible service to customers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals set by the company
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the medical industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathetic and patient with the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluent in English and Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays if needed
Contract Details:
This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour workweek. The role is based in Abbaseya, Cairo, Egypt, and may require occasional travel for training or team meetings.
