Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent (EN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product and service information, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members

- Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints to ensure resolution

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations

- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

- Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and procedures

- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center role 

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
