Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on their inquiries or resolve any issues
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to customers and addressing their needs
- Document all interactions with customers accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
