RayaCX is a leading customer experience management company, providing services to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic English Call Center Agent to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt on a temporary basis.

As an English Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

- Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide them with information about our products or services.

- Listening to customers' concerns and providing appropriate solutions or escalating to the relevant department if necessary.

- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals set by the company.

- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

- Collaborating with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Proficient in using computer applications and systems.

- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule.
