Salary: 29,000 EGP
22500 EGP Basic salary
5000 EGP KPI
1800 EGP Transportation allowance
Work from home after 6 months based on the performance.
Location: October - Skywalk
Shifts: Rotational (24/7) 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour break) with 2 rotational days off
Requirements:
- B2 level in Spanish, B1 level in English
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
As a Spanish Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients. This includes handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions and providing timely and effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
