Job Summary:
As a French Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls in French, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining customer records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in French
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain customer records
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Graduates, Under grads and gap year
Contract Details:
This is a temporary 2-month contract position
