Customer Service Agent

RayaCX is a leading customer experience management company, dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently

- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers

- Maintain customer records and update them as needed

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services

- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

- Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Fluent in English and Arabic

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
