Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Banking Customer Support for our "First Line" department at RayaCX in Cairo, Egypt. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our banking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all banking customer inquiries and provide prompt, efficient, and accurate responses.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers and assist them with their banking needs.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all banking products and services offered by the company.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in banking regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using MS Office and customer service software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
