The IT Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, setting goals and objectives, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success. - Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's overall goals and objectives. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. - Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades. - Ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures. - Manage and track IT budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the company is utilizing the most up-to-date and effective tools and systems. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems, including networking, hardware, and software. - Proven experience in managing and leading a team of IT professionals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a plus. Location and Contract Details: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cairo, Egypt. The IT Team Leader will report to the IT Manager and work closely with other departments to support the company's operations.
