About the job Digital Channel Manager
Rattleberry is partnering with an EdTech firm to help them hire a Digital Channel Manager. Founded in 2022 by three highly experienced industry experts, they are focusing on green and sustainable business training and certification.
As a Digital Channel Manager, you are the product owner for the website. And you are responsible for making sure all the integrations are working smoothly and are optimised for a frictionless user journey.
You will join an experienced and high performing team, and youll be contributing and learning about commercial projects.
This is a full time and hybrid role, with time in the Dublin City Centre office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to optimise the web based experience; from improving website sale conversion to the integration of a range of software products such as Hubspot, Paypal, Stripe, web based examination and certifications products. This is all done to ensure that the customer receives a wonderful user experience while at the same time providing your colleagues and management with the reporting that is required to run an ecommerce business.
Website Management (Wordpress experience): Oversee the maintenance and development of the website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with brand identity and messaging. Writing clean and functional code on the front and back end where necessary and front end built through appealing visual design.
Content Optimization: Optimise website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets, for both search engines and user experience.
API Integrations: Build API integrations to third party apps such as Wordpress, Thinkific, Accredible, Zapier etc building an online e-commerce infrastructure to meet scale and to ensure smooth customer experience from start to finish.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance and digital marketing efforts using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimise website performance and conversion rates.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance overall online visibility.
Digital Testing: Testing and fixing bugs and other coding issues and writing technical documentation.
Experience, Skills & Education:
The successful candidates will possess the following:
Practical experience completing technical projects and integrating Hubspot, Zapier, and other APIs.
An understanding of human centred design and a strong interest in user experience optimisation and user journey improvement.
Strong experience in utilising HubSpot and Zapier for email marketing automation and workflow automation.
A decent technical understanding of website management and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal). HTML/CSS and be able to direct a junior software developers work.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Great attention to detail and curiosity in their professional engagements and work.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies to drive results.
Someone keen to work within a startup environment and have the ability to adapt quickly to changes within this dynamic environment.
