We are helping a global brand hire a digital marketing leader to head up all aspects of their performance marketing.

This is a team lead role, so you will need to have managed and led digital marketing professionals during your career. There is a global media and creative agency to manage as well. A history of optimising agency relationships (especially through leveraging analytics and insights) will go a long way.

The performance team run paid campaigns in Europe and the US, so experience working on global paid search, video on demand, paid social and platform partnerships is seen as a massive plus.

Summary:

  • Based in Dublin

  • 3 days in the office, 2 from home (with some flexibility)

Onto the responsibilities:

Performance Analysis:

Analysing all digital marketing campaigns, website performance, and digital channels to measure departmental KPIs. Develop and assist with the execution of performance-based campaigns that deliver results.

Strategy Development:

Supporting Head of Digital Performance to develop and implement a digital marketing performance strategy that will deliver commercial objectives and achieve revenue targets.

Data Analysis and Insights:

Work closely with Data and Insights Analyst to collect and analyse data to gain insights into customer behaviour, market trends, and campaign effectiveness. Utilise these insights to drive data-based decision-making and optimization.

Campaign Oversight:

Assist with the planning, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Optimising campaigns for maximum performance and ROI.

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Support:

Along with our Inhouse CRO Team work to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and user experience on digital platforms. Conducting user journey analysis to enhance website usability, landing page effectiveness, and overall conversion performance.

This role may suit someone coming from a digital performance agency, an ecommerce brand or any data driven performance marketing environment that operates large budgets across multiple territories.
