Head of Partnership Distribution

 Job Description:

• Design, build and manage multi-channel distribution including Bancassurance, IFA and Brokerage business, and Direct Marketing

• Drive strategy, planning and execution of new business initiatives, including differentiated products, services and customer segmentation, to leverage on third party intermediary partnership distribution capabilities

• Accountable for achieving defined target objectives in respect of sales and profit, cost and operational efficiency, market penetration and business growth in alignment with the company direction

• Facilitate channel specific sales and marketing support, operations and services delivery capabilities

• Acquire new partnership relationships and work closely with external stakeholders including business partners, banks, brokers to achieve mutual benefits and profitable goals

• Establish a close and effective working relationship with the regional team, local executive team and direct reports, to foster an outstanding business culture that thrives on dynamic growth

• Inspire and engage a team of talents and quality staff through career development and ensure an effective succession planning across different levels will be in place
