Head, Strategic Solution

• Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of business plans, channel strategy and divisional initiatives
• Track and monitor channel performance and collaboratively working with channel heads to ensure the organization goals and objectives are achieved
• Strategic alignment of business plan and initiatives to achieve organization financial KPIs (AFYP, Net VNB and Net Income)
• To coordinate and facilitate the periodic strategic updates required by internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Bank Partners, Regulators, RO, etc.)
• To develop strategic updates materials supported by the consolidated information from respective business channels (i.e. Management Kick-Off, AMM, etc.)
• To facilitate and provide strategic planning support in business plan formulation and implementation
• To analyse, track and monitor the channel performances to ensure key milestones and business objectives are achieved
• To plan and manage execution of divisional initiatives in congruence with organisational direction
• To formulate & develop Business Plan & OKR Tracking Template for periodic monitoring
• To organize, plan and execute business strategic meetings and events for internal & external stakeholders
• To establish and implement a Trigger Point Dashboard built-in with periodic triggers mechanism for monthly key highlights, out-of-ordinary sales trending
• To manage business updates and dissemination of information / materials in adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements

Job Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline preferably Business / Marketing
• Other life insurance / takaful professional certification will be an added advantage
• Experience in Financial Institution, particularly in Insurance and Takaful
• Good understanding of complex insurance needs
• Experience in managerial position and leading a team
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Intermediate Powerpoint and Excel skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good in writing
