Job Description:
As part of our team, you’ll help with researching background information related to legal issues and preparing legal documents. You’ll focus on the legal aspects of IT/Technology deals, implementations, producing, etc, drafting contracts or legal agreements, retaining files of prepared legal documents, and coordinating requests between internal and external counsel.

Responsibilites
As a Manager/Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Requirements:
Degree in Law (having a practise license as a lawyer is desirable);
Minimum of seven years’ experience in relevant fields with a focus on matters related to IT (IT/technology Businesses and/or IT/Technology matters);
Proven experience as a legal counsel in a business environment;
Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures;
High degree of professional ethics and integrity;
Sound judgement and ability to effectively analyse situations and information.
