SUMMARY: The Lead Product Owner will contribute to the formation and execution of customer-centric products across 84.51°. You will guide a team focused on clearly defining how our media initiatives and capabilities are built in a cloud native and composable way.

You are the business champion and team linguist that is accountable for maximizing the value of the product results from the work of the development team. You own the details of the business value delivered at the team level. You translate business requirements into product requirements to ensure that the product delivers on user needs.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience in digital advertising, AdTech or marketing technology

Experienced in managing a teams product backlog and ensuring its transparent, visible and clearly communicated

Stakeholder management experienced in building and managing stakeholder relationships to influence and drive change

Experienced level knowledge in the development and use of product data to influence product decisions/roadmap both quantitative and qualitative

Skilled in managing cross-functional software development teams in an agile environment

Skilled in managing business priorities against design/user needs while delivering against product roadmaps

Skilled in managing end-to-end software product development

Stakeholder management skills experienced in building and managing stakeholder relationships to influence and drive change

Problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills

Planning, organizational and time management skills

Comfort with ambiguity remains confident, positive and resourceful in the face of ambiguity and unexpected results; recovers quickly from setbacks

Exhibits qualities of and have proven to be a great teammate

Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate between business outcomes and technical requirements

Technical acumen grasps the technical details to lead a team

4+ years relevant experience

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into technical requirements and features that are shared and understood with Development, Delivery teams and other stakeholders

Responsible for building, validating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog of requirements alongside the Program Lead and business stakeholders, balancing the demands of the business and technology

Own the delivery of product features and own Sprint / Release demos to demonstrate progress to stakeholders

Outlines clear acceptance criteria, to clearly communicate the definition of done

Manage internal communications regarding dependencies and risks

Develop a deep understanding of the business domain, stakeholders, business processes and constraints in which your product(s) play

Demonstrate a deep understanding of customers/users problems, how they think and operate and the platforms/technology they use

Understand and communicate organization objectives, strategies and solution needs to the team to facilitate results (where collaborative/as colleague)

Own progress report and status updates, including issue escalation that impact milestones and release cadence

Collaborate across internal teams (and sometimes external teams) in different locations to identify dependencies, requirements, and approvals

Manage documentation about products and capabilities
