Business System Analysts

Summary

• The main function of a business systems analyst is to analyze science, engineering, business, and all other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems.



Responsibilities

• A typical business systems analyst is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems
• Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
• Help accelerate the development of an HR Power BI product development leveraging the latest UI/UX data visualization design for great data storytelling and the latest Power BI features available
• Data modeling and transformations while helping us migrate the existing PBI product to a new data architecture/MDW over the course of the next 2 PI's



Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience required
• Expert or Advanced Power BI
• Data modeling and transformations
• Skilled at the development of metrics and metric visualizations
• Great at UI/UX design and leveraging the latest data visualization design to convey actionable insights
• Ability to integrate Power BI with other Azure services (e.g., AML) to surface insights from model outputs for insights like predicted attrition analysis



Preferred Qualifications

• Background in HR people analytics and workforce intelligence
