Our team of professionals has deep consulting backgrounds supporting the unique needs of our clients. Our team members have proven experience leading strategic initiatives within the civilian Government agencies.

RCS is seeking a Project/Product Manager to manage large programs with multiple projects. *This is for an active proposal; RCS would be the Prime on this effort if awarded. Timeline would be May/June of 2025

This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Washington, DC and/or potentially hybrid. Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do:

• Oversee the performance of work on the effort, managing and multi-tasking on various projects and provide guidance and oversight.
• Ensuring adherence to the PMLC and PgMLC during project execution and deliverables.
• Comprehensive coverage of project management.
• Cost Estimation and Scheduling.
• Enhance Training and Compliance.
• Document and Report Enhancements.
• Designation of Key Personnel.

Required Qualifications/Education:

• Public Trust or the ability to obtain.
• Undergraduate Degree and/or 8+ years of experience.
• PMP Certification or an Advanced Degree may be considered as a substitute.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• FAC-C/PM, PMLC, PgMLC, and QMP expertise
